In order to reserve a place for your child in LCA's After Care for the 2024-2025 school year, please complete and submit this enrollment form by August 26, 2024.
Charges for any After Care option are IN ADDITION to the regular tuition payments.
After Care charges are billed monthly from August to June.
After Care plans ARE NOT prorated NOR is credit given for unused portions of a monthly plan.
NO REFUNDS are given for After Care fees incurred when a child attends music lessons or tutoring during After Care hours.
If there is inclement weather after school hours and you are delayed picking up your child because of extended travel times, no credit will be given for After Care charges.
All students not enrolled in an After Care plan will be charged $10 whether you are 5 or 60 minutes late.
NO DISCOUNT for families with multiple siblings.
PLAN CHANGES FEES
1. Plan Option changes must be submitted BEFORE the 1st of the month that the change is needed. Any form received after the 1st of the month will become effective the following month.
2. To change or drop an After Care Option, a new After Care Enrollment/Change From must be submitted.

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - M, T, W, TH, F - $350 monthly fee
3:00 PM - 5:30 PM - M, T, W, TH, F - $400 monthly fee
