Apply for a Conversation Incubator
Conversation Incubators are a series of conversations facilitated by Sharonda Simmons of Thrive & Shine Consulting (thrivenshinenow.com) and Patricia Berry of Patricia Berry Consulting (patricia-berry.com)

While both Patricia and Sharonda specialize in distinct areas of practice (the equitable sharing of wealth & diversity equity and inclusion), they have found tremendous value in collaborative conversations about how the integration of both of these areas creates healthy, equitable and ecosystem-level thriveability in social justice organizations and approaches.

These conversations are informal, curated and intimate by design.  Patricia and Sharonda will curate and facilitate the conversation, but what we are really seeking is co-creators and explorers for our subject.  We are asking for not only your presence, but also your active participation.  This may include reflection exercises between meetings in any given series.

Some details:
*Conversation Incubator : DEI & Fundraising* will be held on the following dates via Zoom
April 08, 2022 12-1:30 EST
April 22, 2022 12-1:30 EST
May 06, 2022 12-1:30 EST

*The cost of the DEI & Fundraising series is $50 for all three sessions

*We highly encourage you to apply and attend **all three sessions**; we will be workshopping questions and approaches and are looking for a conversation that unfolds over all three sessions with consistent participation.

*Conversation Incubators are limited to 10 participants.

*Applicants will be notified by April 1, 2022 with a link to payment as well as a confirmation of the schedule.  We will maintain a waiting list for those we are not able to accommodate in any given conversation.

*All Zoom Conversations will be recorded for main rooms.  Breakout room conversations will not be recorded.

*Any resulting white-paper or collaborative work will credit those who fully participated in the Conversation.

*Participants who attend all Conversation Incubators in a series will be given first access to apply for future Incubators
