The 2023-2024 Priority Lottery was held Monday, March 6, at 7:00pm.  All submissions on this form will be added to the bottom of the current list in the order they are received.

All students new to Hayden Canyon Charter are required to provide a valid Birth Certificate and current Immunization Record (or valid immunization waiver) before they will be allowed to attend the school.
