* 바이올린은 Fort Lee 에 있는 Main Violin 에서 ASK School 또는 PCNJ 에서 왔다고 하시고 렌트하시면 됩니다.
바이올린의 등급에 따라 다르나 렌트비용은 평균 월$20 정도입니다.

* 각 클래스마다 정원이 있어서 정원이 넘을 경우 대기자 명단으로 넘어가게 됩니다.
* 위의 금액은 저렴한 레슨비를 위한 반편성의 비용이며 효과적인 레슨을 위해 소수 그룹 편성이 필요하다고 판단될 경우 레슨비가 소액 조정될 수도 있습니다.
*  레슨비를 최소화하기 위하여 Cash 납부를 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. Check 로 납부하길 원하실 경우 행정비용으로 인해 약 20% 의 레슨비 인상이 있을 수 있습니다.

*  레슨비를 최소화하기 위하여 Cash 납부를 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. Check 로 납부하길 원하실 경우 은행 업무 등을 위한 행정직원 고용으로 인해 행정비가 추가되며 모든 그룹의 레슨비가 인상될 수도 있습니다.

그룹레슨의 안정적인 운영을 위해 몇가지 규칙을 안내해드립니다.
아래의 사항이 지켜지지 않을 시 레슨 등록이 취소될 수도 있음을 알려드립니다.

1. 학교를 통하지 않은 강사와의 개인레슨 및 보충수업 금지 (강사 사임후 포함)
2. 레슨비 납부일 당일 납부
3. 레슨시간 엄수 (정시 픽업)
4. 결석시 일주일전 연락

* 그룹레슨의 특성상 한 학생이 레슨을 취소하게 될 경우 레슨 요일을 같은 그룹의 아이들과 같이 옮기거나 불가능할 경우 그 주 레슨수업을 휴강하게 됩니다.
* 한 학기에 2주 이상 레슨을 취소하게 될 경우 보충수업을 위한 수업일 변경이 불가능할 수 있습니다.
* 개인사정으로 인한 당일 취소 등은 크레딧을 드릴 수 없게 됩니다.

|안전문제에 관한 동의
As parent/guardian of my child(ren), I hereby give my permission for my child(ren) to attend and participate in the activities sponsored by ASK School. I do hereby hold harmless ASK School, its Directors, Officers, Employees, Volunteers, or Agents of said Organization, for any injury, illness or disease, or for loss or damage to any property or appliance of said child(ren). I assume the risk and financial responsibility for any injury or liability resulting from his/her participation. I authorize and permit ASK School to furnish any necessary transportation, food and lodging for this participant. The undersigned further hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify ASK School, its Directors, Officers, Employee, Volunteers, or Agents for any liability sustained by said ASK School as the result of the negligent, willful or intentional acts of said participant and of the unexpected accidents as well, including expenses incurred thereto. In the case of a medical emergency, I understand every reasonable effort will be made to contract me. In the event I cannot be reached, I hereby give permission to secure proper treatment for, and order injection or anesthesia or surgery for my child(ren) as named above. The undersigned shall be liable and agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such medical and dental services rendered to him/her. I consent to the use of any video images, photographs, audio recordings, or any other visual or audio reproduction that may be taken of said child(ren) while participating in activities sponsored by ASK School, to be used, distributed, or shown as ASK School sees fit.

I give permission for any video or still images taken at camp to be used for promotional purposes for ASK School.

|훈육에 관한 동의
Descipline Issues: If any guest participates in any behavior deemed inappropriate by ASK School leaders (Including but not limited to: alcohol and/or drugs, breaking curfew, leaving the site of an activity) he/she WILL BE SENT HOME, Parents will be responsible for his transportation home.
