Dining by Sodexo - UCM Sick Meal Form
Please follow the steps below:

1. Select the dates, meal period and location (only available when dining centers are open) that you are requesting a quarantine meal.  Check hours of operation at https://ucmo.sodexomyway.com/dining-near-me

2. Student is responsible for asking someone to pick-up/deliver their meals

3. The pick-up/deliver person will tell cashier they are there to pick-up a quarantine meal and the students name. Dining by Sodexo will confirm that a quarantine meal has been requested.

4. Dining by Sodexo will have a to-go kit (disposable food container, cup/straw and utensils) ready at the requested dining cashier stand.

Meal request cut-off times::  

-  Breakfast: 6am

-  Lunch/Brunch: 10am

-  Dinner: 3pm         
                                 
~~~ If you are released early or would like to cancel meal pick-up before your expected release date, please email Dining Services at diningservices@ucmo.edu to avoid any charges for unwanted meals. ~~~

Note: Student has the option to place mobile orders at: Einstein's Rec, Einstein's Library, Taco Bell, Mr. Beast Burgers @CRU5H, Buddy V's Cake Slice @CRU5H, and NASCAR Wings @CRU5H utilizing their Dining Dollars..  Student would be responsible for asking someone to pick-up/deliver their meals. If the quarantine/isolation student decides to order with the Everyday App do not fill out this form.
