Independent Living Nova Scotia's (ILNS) vision is that all Nova Scotians with disabilities have the ability to live a full, independent life at home, work, and play within an inclusive community. ILNS is dedicated to providing high-quality services that centers individuals as experts in their own lives.
ILNS is currently recruiting Residential Resource Workers (RRWs). RRWs are individuals dedicated to supporting persons with a variety of disabilities in their activities of daily living. These activities include but are not limited to transfers, hygiene, toileting, and meal preparation.
There are full-time, part-time, and casual positions available in Dartmouth and Halifax. Daytime, weekend, and overnight shifts are available. ILNS pays a competitive wage with employer paid benefits and RRSP contributions.
