Hi all! At Endeavorun Austin 2022, Hanna and Matt held a workshop where they discussed Hanna's marathon prep, training and race execution. Turns out, Hanna learned a lot, Matt learned a lot, and the attending athletes learned a lot. We hope to provide our listening athletes the same experience.
