ND ACDA HS/Collegiate TTBB Honor Choir Registration Form
Registration forms are due Friday, November 10th. 
Fees are due Friday, December 1st. 

Fees can be submitted three ways:
  • One combined check for all registrants made to ND ACDA and mailed to Christopher Loeffler, 1548 School Rd Grafton, ND 58237
  • Paid online via the link on the ND ACDA website
  • Combined with Middle Level Honor Choir fees and mailed to Mandan Middle School, c/o Paige Bondley, 2901 12th Ave NW, Mandan, ND 58554        **If you will be sending a combined check, please indicate specifically what the payment includes
Please note any special needs, dietary needs, or other concerns in the comments section

Directors may select:
  • Any Tenor/Bass student currently enrolled in the 11th/12th Grade. (4 in a balanced quartet is recommended, but up to six can be selected)
  • Any Tenor/Bass currently enrolled at a North Dakota College Institution.

In the past, there was simple screening process for high school students to ensure the quality of the ensemble and enjoyment of the singers were not affected. For 2023-2024, will be done BY the director. Ensure that your selected students have the proper vocal development and musical knowledge to be involved in the honor ensemble. It is important to the success and enjoyment for all involved.
