This application is for a Florida School Nurse who is not a current member of FASN and would like financial assistance in obtaining membership and access to FASN and NASN membership for one year. Winners will be announced at our upcoming one-day virtual conference on February 6, 2021.

The deadline to submit this application is January 25, 2021.
