For your audition video:
-Perform a short monologue (0:30-1:00) of your choosing  

-Perform a 32 bar cut from a song of your choice in the style of the show. You may use a backing track or have instrumental accompaniment.

NOTES: Please record your monologue and song in the same video. You may record each section separately as long as they are edited in the same uploaded video.

A callback list will be emailed out by May 5th with requested materials. If you are asked for callbacks, please submit your video by Wednesday, May 7th.
Tuition Policy for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

1. Tuition Fee: The total tuition for participation is $599. This amount must be paid in full by the first rehearsal on June 9th, 2024.

2. Audition Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $99 is required at the time of the audition deadline on Friday, May 2nd, 2025. This deposit will be applied to the total tuition fee if the student accepts their role and participates in the production. If the student decides not to accept the role, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Payment: The remaining balance of $500 (after applying the $99 deposit) is due by the first rehearsal on June 9th, 2025. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this date may result in the student's removal from the production.

4. Refund Policy: If a student pays the full tuition amount and subsequently needs to withdraw from the production for any reason, a prorated portion of the tuition (not including the audition deposit) will be issued as an account credit. This credit can be applied toward future classes, lessons, or productions at Dallas Academy of Music & Performing Arts. The prorated amount will be calculated based on the number of rehearsals and time spent in the program prior to withdrawal.

5. Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the initial $99 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the student does not accept their role.

6. Acceptance of Terms: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this tuition policy.
