Zoom WebSockets Beta Intake Form
WebSockets are a protocol connection alternative to Webhooks. Today, Zoom Webhooks are the ONLY means for developers to subscribe to receive event data from Zoom in near-real-time about their account. Webhooks are not viable solutions for many Zoom customers since they require a publicly-accessible web service that may need to accept millions of HTTP connections simultaneously to operate in production (especially for larger enterprise customers).

WebSockets will allow developers to make a single, secured HTTP request to Zoom and only a single connection will be kept open where all event data will be transmitted to the event subscribing customer.
