This prototype will be built into a full application available to the open Internet from UNEP's website. Please tell us if you would use it, or if you know people who would use it - and which roles or responsibilities they have. If you can say what aspects of the tool would be used, this would be very helpful.

The prototype uses illustrative data which are not real. The final application will use real data. Please tell us what you think would be most valuable to show with data from the list below or please key an answer in the Other box below. Choose one or more.

The application should show how much CO2 a country will emit from using concrete to 2050 if it does not make changes.

The application should show me whether more CO2 will be avoided (or abated) so I can see that some countries will abate CO2 more cheaply.

The application should tell countries why they should make built environment commitments at all, and how to do this.

The application should reward countries making more ambitious commitments, like a competition.

The application should include data for other sectors, like transport or food, for comparison.

The application should track built environment actions, not just commitments.

The final application will be multi-lingual and work on multiple devices and be accessible (WCAG-2.1). Please use the box to key in any feedback you have about the prototype user experience as you have seen it. Please add any suggestions you have.

The prototype uses new built environment commitment criteria under development with UNEP. For example, one criterion is "Ambitious goals" specific to buildings. You will see this is grey in the prototype as NDCs reviewed do not (yet) provide specific goals such as these. Please let us know your optimism or otherwise for countries adding commitments specific to the built environment, including such goals.
