By completing this form, you will provide the Education Department at Colchester Zoo with the information needed to book your trip (on a general self-guided visit or as part of a set Explorer Day). Terms and Conditions:
- Bookings must be made at least TWO WEEKS in advance of your planned visit
- For Health and Safety reasons, all children 14 and younger must be directly supervised  by a responsible adult at all times. Children between 14-16 must have adults leaders with them in the zoo, but are allowed to explore in independent groups.
- Numbers entered on this form are estimates. Your final numbers will be confirmed on the day of your visit when you arrive at the zoo.
- Once you confirm final numbers on the day of your visit these can not be changed nor refunded.  Please ensure your numbers are correct before you pay.
- Payment must be made on the day (we do not accept pre-payment for Youth Groups as numbers frequently change prior to the day)
- Youth Group visits must be booked online a minim of five days in advance.  
- After you complete this form you will be sent detailed confirmation documents via email (within five working days).  Your visit (especially any participation in Explorer Day activities) is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
- To qualify for our Youth Group rates, a visit must be booked by a leader of an organised 'Youth Group' as defined on our website
- Your entire group must enter the zoo together in one group in order to qualify for these rates - we do not print individual tickets, and thus can not have your group enter at separate times.
