This is the elective request form. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW.
Follow this link to read a description of the elective options. Note this form includes all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade elective. Your student can only take electives designated for 7th graders.

Students may be required to take Intensive Reading or another reading course depending on FSA Reading scores (2022), iReady scores, and/or teacher recommendation. Required reading courses take precedence over elective choices.
Placement in advanced core classes is based on teacher recommendation, grades, and FSA Math and Reading scores using the St. Johns County School District Student Progression Plan.
