• The Louisiana 4-H Volunteer Leaders Association will accept an application from association members currently working with 4-H programs in Louisiana.
• The purpose of the grant is to provide funds to support the implementation of existing or new 4-H projects. Two grants at $250 each will be awarded.
• All application questions must be completely answered to fully describe the proposed project and justify expenditures.

• June 25th, 2020 – Deadline to submit a proposal
• August 1st, 2020 – Grant recipients announced
• October 2020 – Grant awards presented at 2020 LA4-HVLA Conference
• September 2020 through April 2021 – Carry out the grant project
• April 30, 2021 – All grant funds will be spent, receipts for all expenditures showing items, amounts and dates, and any unused funds returned to Fran Castille
• April 30, 2021 - Submit a short narrative, of at least one paragraph, providing a general overview of activities conducted. Digital photos and quotes/anecdotes from the project should be part of the report. Submit to Ruby Miller at rubymiller74@gmail.com or 4776 North Jace Matthew, Iowa, LA 70647.
• September 2021 – Present the information/knowledge/skills gained through the grant project at the LA4-HVLA Association Conference in a presentation, poster session or share fair format.
