Please fill out one form per dancer for your priority enrollment! Priority enrollment for PSD families is open April 1-21, 2023. This form must be completed by 8 PM on April 21 to ensure your dancer's spot in class. We expect many classes to fill quickly, and class spots are guaranteed based on when we receive these forms. We will contact you if there's an issue with your class choices - if you don't hear from us, you are all set!
This priority registration period allows us to modify the schedule to accommodate our families if we need to - there may be changes to this schedule, and we will let you know if any classes for your family are affected by any changes. You'll receive an email confirmation with your finalized classes between April 21 and 25!
