Board members serve the Florida FAPA board for a 2 year term for a maximum of 6 years.  They are appointed by the President.  Each board member serves to their strengths but there are mandatory items which include: attending monthly board calls, submitting a monthly report, working with your local CBC and FAPAs to provide support.  A board member may also serve on state wide committees, conference planning or legislation depending on their strengths
