For the Eastern Indoors we require all seeds to be based on lifetime best performances that can be validated in the Milesplit database of results. However, sometimes the entry system does not pull accurate results. Most often this is a case where the athlete has more than one milesplit profile (HS team, MS team, club, or unattached).
If the entry system is not pulling an accurate seed for your athlete please use this google form for exceptions.
If there is a unique scenario where an entire club team is associated with a school team or some other situation where one coach has many corrections you may email

Subject- Eastern Indoors Re-seed- (school or club name)
School or club name
Athlete Name, HS or MS, Event, Grade, Accurate seed, link to verifiable result
Coaches may also use this to help us with accurate seed times for relays. If you have a strong relay running for the first time this season include individual marks for reference as well as an expected compiled seed time.
Note, none of these marks will be reflected in seeding until after the entry window is closed.
