The program is designed especially for the UCT community. It explores the psychology of gratitude and its potential benefits on your well - being and overall wellness.

How does it work? β°
The program lasts for 21 consecutive days, starting from July 1st to 22nd July, 2023. Each day, you will receive twice daily inspiring messages in the AM and PM to reflect on your gratitude practice. These uplifting well researched self-reflective messages only take 3-5 minutes each, allowing you to fit them into your busy schedule.
Every Friday, there will be an optional and recorded 30-minute check-in session with a facilitator to positively reflect on your gratitude experience and address any questions you may have. Plus, we've got some awesome giveaways (for our students!). You could win vouchers from popular spots like Bootlegger, or Vida e coffee just by actively participating in the daily reflections.
