This form asks you about ALL FOUR exams in order.

If you have already taken an exam, you can just say "I can take it at the regular time." If you need to change your answer later in the semester, submit another form with the updated information.

You will not receive a response right away; we will email you about a week before each exam with information.

(Note: If you take your exams with the DRC, please DO NOT use this form. Instead, contact your instructor and/or the DRC office about scheduling.)

“Will my request be approved?”

If you request a Wednesday alternate at least a week in advance, you can assume your request is approved. If you request a special exam, please watch your email for future questions or instructions. For a special exam, you must be prepared to provide an official university excuse when asked. If your conflict can be predicted in advance, such as an official university activity (class or club), your request should be made in a timely manner (at LEAST a week in advance).
