·       Submissions are open to town residents and non-residents. – We will display artwork in four age groups: Grades K-3, Grades 4-8, Grades 9-12, and Ages 18 and over.

·       Please do not include dates or locations in artwork so that they may be used for future Pride events!

·       Mahwah Pride is a family event - please keep artwork appropriate.

·       Artwork in all media is welcome!

·       Artwork must be sized no bigger than 16”x20” for display purposes.

·       Please print and attach a copy of the Registration Form to the back of artwork.

·       Registration Forms can be found at MahwahPride.org (and below) and must be signed by the artist/parent or guardian for artists under age 18 and submitted no later than June 4, 2023. Please print a copy of this form to attach to the back of your artwork or clearly label with the artist and age group.

·       With artists’ permission, submitted artwork becomes and remains property of The Mahwah Pride Coalition and is subject to use and display in future Mahwah Pride marketing materials/events and display at The Mahwah Museum.

·       Please also drop off your submission by June 4, 2023— you will be advised of the drop-off location upon receipt of registration.
