Hello Families,
This class is designed to help families prepare their children for their first communion. Because of the disruptions to in-person worship over the past several years, the 2022 class is open to any family members who may find this class helpful, even if their child(ren) are already receiving communion. For children who will be taking their first communion after the completion of the class, a zoom meeting with an Elder is scheduled and new communicants are welcomed to the Lord’s Table during our Easter worship service (April 17, 2022). A partner adult (parent or designated family member/friend in a parent’s absence) is required to participate alongside the child(ren) in class. Registration Deadline for the class is January 23. Please note, this class does not currently conflict with any scheduled Christian Formation Classes. Current Dates/Times may be subject to change.
