Welcome to Introduction to Google Forms. In this workshop, we will learn how to create a Google form that helps school personnel with contract tracing. Users can use Google Forms to make surveys, quizzes, or event registration sheets. Data can be collected, sorted, and analyzed using Google Sheets. Google Forms can be accessed at forms.google.com if you would like to explore this Google app before the workshop.
