CCC Kung Lee College (“the College”) shall allow Pets to enter and remain at CCC Kung Lee College (“the College”) during the above Carnival subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By bringing your Pet(s) into the College, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Only domesticated dogs (“Pet(s)”) of the College visitors are permitted to enter the College campus. All other animals are prohibited.

2. Each visitor should bring no more than 2 Pet(s) to the College campus.

3. “Fighting dogs” and other “Known dangerous dogs” as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) are not allowed to enter the College campus.

4. Pet(s) should be held on a leash of not more than 1.5 meters in length by Visitor, or be securely kept in the pet carrier.

5. Pet(s) should not be left unattended under any circumstances.

6. Pet(s) should be fully vaccinated against common infectious diseases. Dogs should be inoculated against rabies, microchipped and licensed.

7. Visitors shall ensure their Pet(s) are under proper control at all times, and effectively restrain their pets from making nuisance and/or noise, and/or causing harm and/or danger to other persons or other Pet(s) at the College campus.

8. Visitors shall be solely responsible for any harms to their Pet(s) and/or for any harms and/or damage to and/or loss of property and/or belongings of others while at the College campus. The College shall not be responsible and do not assume any liabilities for any such harms, damage to and/or loss, whether such harms, damage and/or loss is caused by the College or other visitors or their Pet(s) or otherwise.

9. Visitors shall keep the College campus hygienic at all times and are advised to utilise Pet-friendly zones if possible. Visitors shall immediately clean up any faeces or urine the Pet(s) have deposited and make use of sealed bags, containers, papers and/or tools for proper waste disposal.

10. If Visitors are found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and/or if the College in its sole discretion determines that the behavior of the Pet(s) is a threat to and/or a potential disturbance to others, the College shall have the right to deny entry to or request Visitors and their Pet(s) to leave from the College immediately. For avoidance of doubt, the College has the absolute discretion to deny entry of any Visitors and / or Pet(s) and to demand any Visitors and / or Pet(s) to leave the College campus immediately as the College shall consider appropriate. Visitors shall indemnify the College for any loss and damage suffered if the Pet(s) have damaged the furnishings of the College or if the College has to pay any compensation to any persons as a result of the act or omission of the Visitor(s) and / or the Pet(s).

11. Visitors shall observe and comply with all directions and measures given from time to time by the College concerning social distancing, crowd control and management of the College.

12. The College has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of the College will be final and binding on all parties concerned.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

「寵物狗嘉年華」

中華基督教會公理書院（「書院」）允許寵物在上述嘉年華期間進入並逗留在中華基督教會公理書院（「書院」），但務必遵守以下條款及細則。 若您把寵物帶進書院，即視您為已閱讀、理解並同意以下條款及細則。

1.  只有書院訪客的家養犬（「寵物」）會被允許進入書院校園。 所有其他動物禁止進入。

2.   每位訪客不得攜帶超過 2 隻寵物進入書院校園。

3.   根據《危險狗隻規例》（第 167D 章）分類的「格鬥狗隻」以及其他「已知危險狗隻」不得進入書院校園。

4.   訪客應用一條長度不超逾1.5米的狗帶牽引寵物，或應將寵物穩妥地放在寵物載體裡。

5.   在任何情況下，寵物都不應無人看管。

6.   寵物應已全面接種常見傳染病之疫苗。 狗隻應已接種抗狂犬病疫苗，並已植入微型晶片，以及已領取狗隻牌照。

7.  訪客應確保其寵物處於適當的控制之下，並能有效地約束其寵物，以免造成滋擾和/或噪音，和/或對書院內的其他人或其他寵物造成傷害和/或危險。

8. 在書院內，訪客應自行負責對其寵物造成的任何傷害，和/或對其他人的財產和/或財物造成的任何傷害和/或損壞和/或損失。 無論此傷害、損害和/或損失是由書院、其他訪客、其寵物或其他原因造成的，書院將不會對任何傷害、損害和/或損失承擔任何責任。

9. 訪客應時刻保持書院校園衛生，並使用寵物友好區。訪客應立即清理寵物遺留的糞便或尿液，並使用密封袋、容器、紙張和/或工具進行適當的廢物處理。

10.  如訪客被發現違反任何條款及細則，和/或如書院自行決定並確定寵物的行為對他人構成威脅和/或潛在的干擾，書院有權拒絕或要求訪客及其寵物立即離開書院。為免生疑問，書院有絕對決定權，在書院認為適當的情況下，拒絕任何訪客和/或其寵物進入，並要求任何訪客和/或其寵物立即離開書院校園。如果寵物損壞了書院的家具，或者如果書院因訪客和/或其寵物的作為或不作為而必須向任何人支付任何賠償，訪客應賠償書院所遭受的任何損失和損害。

11.  訪客應留意並遵守書院不時發出有關社交距離、人群控制和書院管理的所有指示和措施。

12.  書院對本條款持有解釋權。如有爭議，書院保留最終決定權，並對各方均有約束力。

13.  本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
