A form will need to be submitted for each student who is enrolling in virtual/remote learning. (If you are enrolling with a virtual school NOT connected with USD #343, such as K-12, Kansas Virtual Academy, etc, you will NOT need to complete this form.)
• Students registering in remote learning may move back to on-site learning at semester.
• Students will need to register in remote learning each semester.

Virtual/ Remote Learning Environment: students would complete all of their learning from home and not entering the school building at all. (Requires enrollment and notification by submitting this form.)
