We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is dependable, detail oriented, and has a natural knack for sales to be Tennessee Tuff Equipment’s next Logistics Team Leader.
The responsibilities of the Logistics Team Leader will include serving our customers’ dump truck hauling and construction equipment rental needs with a high level of professionalism, knowledge, accuracy, and timeliness. Dispatch, driver assignment, tracking, and communication are also critical parts of this role.
Sales and equipment experience are strongly preferred, as the ideal candidate will help generate new hauling and construction equipment rental business. The candidate will ensure our current customers are served with excellence, that strong relationships are built and maintained, and partnerships are continually nurtured.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work, who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help out at various job sites when needed, and be a team player. On rainy days or slower periods, other tasks within the company will be assigned, so willingness and flexibility are a must.
Dump truck operation experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Class A licensing is preferred for this position, and a clean driving record is a must.
