TRADER RATE F.A.Q
Q. How do you decide which trader rate i qualify for?
A. The trader rate you will receive is dependent on the number of locations you book for in the initial booking
Q. What rate do i pay if i want to add on an extra site at a later date?
A. You will be charged the amount of the rate you currently qualify for. For example, if you booked for 7 events initially, making you a SILVER trader, if you want to add on an extra event, you will pay the SILVER rate.
Q. If i have qualified to be a SILVER trader by booking 8 events initially, but i want to add on an extra event at a later date which will take me to 9 events in total and qualify me to be a GOLD trader, will all of my events now be charged at the gold rate?
A. No, only the new event and any further events that you book will be charged at the new GOLD rate, all the previous events will still be charged at the SILVER rate that you qualified for initially. No refunds or credit will be given if you move from one rate to another rate after the initial booking or during the season.

50% of invoice total within 48 hours of invoice to confirm the booking
Payment 2 - By the latest Saturday 1st June 2024
Remaining balance for all events you have booked for in June and July
Payment 3 - By the latest Monday 15th July 2024
Remaining balance for all events you have booked for in August and September
