Cogs & Corsets Costume Accessories Advance Registration
This form is for advance registration for the Costume Accessories Contest at Cogs & Corsets on Friday, June 4 in downtown Bloomington.  Costume judging will begin at 5:30 PM on the West steps of the McLean County Museum of History on Center Street.

If you use this form, it will be printed out for you and give to the judges. Please check in at the West steps by 4:45 PM.

All contestants must attend the pre-judging. The judges may ask about construction or ask to touch a costume piece with the contestant’s permission. There will be a parade for the audience following the pre-judging. Awards will then be presented. The judge’s decision will be final.
