Platinum Dragon Sponsor (OVER $1000)

  • Our event coordinators are open to negotiations for more generous sponsors to be featured EVEN MORE!!!

Gold Dragon Sponsor ($1000):

  • Prominent Branding: Your business/brand will be prominently featured on event materials, including the convention website, banners, and promotional materials.

  • Prime Booth Location: A premium 10x10 vendor booth space located in a high-traffic area at the convention.

  • Social Media Shoutouts: Multiple shoutouts on our social media platforms, acknowledging your Gold Dragon sponsorship.

  • VIP Access: Two complimentary VIP tickets, allowing you and a guest to enjoy the VIP D&D gaming experience.

  • Acknowledgment on Stage: Public acknowledgment during opening and closing ceremonies.

  • Exclusive Panel Slot: A reserved time slot to host a special presentation or demonstration related to your business or products.

Silver Dragon Sponsor ($500):

  • Prominent Branding: Your business/brand will be featured on event materials, including the convention website, banners, and promotional materials.

  • Choice Booth Location: A 10x10 vendor booth space with a choice of location within the event area. Social Media Shoutouts: Multiple shoutouts on our social media platforms, acknowledging your Silver Dragon sponsorship.

  • VIP Access: One complimentary VIP ticket, allowing you to enjoy the VIP D&D gaming experience.

  • Acknowledgment on Stage: Public acknowledgment during opening and closing ceremonies.

 

Bronze Dragon Sponsor ($250):

  • Branding: Your business/brand will be featured on event materials, including the convention website and banners.

  • Standard Booth Location: A 10x10 vendor booth space in a central area of the convention.

  • Social Media Shoutouts: Shoutouts on our social media platforms, acknowledging your Bronze Dragon sponsorship.


Copper Dragon Sponsor ($100):

  • Recognition: Your business/brand will be recognized on the convention website. Standard Booth Location: A 10x10 vendor booth space within the event.

Author Alley ($75)

  • Copper Dragon Sponsor, but meant for Indy Authors to get a boost and some new readers. Let us help you get found! 

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • All sponsorship levels include a vendor booth space*, allowing your business to showcase its products or services to the convention's attendees. The higher-tier sponsorships offer more prominent branding, greater visibility, and additional perks to help maximize your exposure and engagement at Authors in the Dungeon.

*Standard Booth Locations DO NOT include power. If you would like to purchase a booth with power access, it will be an additional $50.
