Please complete the following form if your child is a interested in representing AJHS in selected golf competitions throughout the year.

Students need to be a member of a golf club and play on a regular basis. This is not for students wanting to learn to play.
 
We will provide details as competitions come up throughout the year.

PLEASE NOTE: Completing this expression of interest form does not guarantee a student will be selected for an event. Trials may be necessary and students will be advised of details if trials are required.

For some events we may require assistance from parents/caregivers.
