To participate in a Coaching Cohort we ask students to commit to the following:

- Complete a reflection activity at the beginning of the Coaching Cohort to set your goals and identify milestones

- Daily 15-minute Zoom check-in for support, accountability & community (optional but encouraged!)

- Daily participation on Slack to keep you focused on your goals, share wins, and ask for support

- Weekly 1-hour Zoom call to deep-dive on a topic related to leadership, personal growth, or entrepreneurship (optional but encouraged!)
