Present a Poster, Table Display, or Seed Sharing!
When we share ideas, experiences, and knowledge, we all benefit. In this spirit, we are seeking individuals who would like to contribute content by presenting a poster, table display, or seed sharing.

Event attendees may choose an in person presentation of a poster, table display, or tobacco seed sharing display to share with fellow attendees. These sharing opportunities may be based on a research project, community based work, or other relevant work or materials that you would like to highlight. Your poster or display can be staffed or unstaffed.

Select posters and/or displays will be invited to be shared during the agenda as a flash talk on a voluntary basis. You may opt into this opportunity below.

Submissions will be reviewed by the planning committee on a bi-weekly basis. The deadline to submit is Thursday May 9.

Selected posters and displays will be notified on a rolling basis. Notifications will be made no later than May 10.

Selected posters and displays should be registered attendees. If you are not registered when selected, you have until the registration deadline, June 14, to register.
