2024 Conservation Seedling Cost-Share Program Landowner Questionnaire 
Please fill out the below form to apply for the 2024 cost-share program. Applications due by March 1st. All applicants will be notified in writing of final cost-share allocations by March 18th.

Current or Expiring CRP is not eligible for this program. Cost-share is only eligible for land within MCD boundaries

As part of this cost-share program, you will be required to complete:

Annual follow-up for 3 years (2024, 2025, 2026), which may include pictures, videos, interviews, and landowner testimonials about the program 

A tree care & planting workshop in Spring 2024 (Date TBD) 

Follow-up's as needed by NRCS 

This program can only be utilized for conservation seedlings planted in MCD boundaries. Cost share is up to $500 or 50% of pre-tax cost of trees.
