Before you press the submit button....
Once your submit your serial number,  in a few days you can check the status here (it will also show your Owner ID* which is based on the email address you provided): check.2013b.com

The top row of the records shown will indicate that last time these status records were updated. If the date and time is BEFORE the date and time that you submitted your serial number(s), check again in a day or two.

Once your submission status is shown, it will remain there for approximately a few weeks. If your serial number submission is marked as rejected,  you can find the reason why  on the row you serial number is on, and some more detailed reasons at the bottom of the page here: check.2013b.com

*The Owner ID (sometimes called the Member ID) is a unique identifier specifically for  you while keeping your information (like your email address) confidential.  The ONLY person who will ever contact you by email will be the Project 2013B Administrator.  Be sure to periodically check your spam folder in case a message is sent to you from the Administrator; the subject line will typically include the phrase "Project 2013B".
