Before joining the DOJ, Mr. Huston practiced appellate and administrative law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington, DC. Mr. Huston graduated first in his class from the University of Michigan Law School after which he served as a law clerk to the Honorable John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice of the United States, and to the Honorable Raymond M. Kethledge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
