Camp Keshet CIT Program
ONLY 8 CIT WILL BE ACCEPTED PER WEEK!

The CIT program is designed to teach leadership, community, and general classroom/group time tasks in a summer camp environment. CITs will be expected to work with camp groups during the week and also participate in weekly meetings and workshops to teach and train in communication, teamwork, programming, and other camp related responsibilities.

CITs will learn skills in behavior management, participation in creating and supporting camp activities, and practice in developing group dynamics and community in the groups they are assigned to work with.

A successful participant in the CIT program will demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication, and a devoted work ethic in line with Camp Keshet's mission.

Camp Keshet CIT Application
Thank you for your interest in Camp Keshet's counselor in training program. Please note that CIT applicants have finished the 6th grade. Spots in the CIT program are limited and only 8 will be accepted per week. CITs will be considered on a first come first served basis. An application to the CIT program does not guarantee acceptance into the program. An interview may also be required. It is our hope to provide the camp environment and the campers with the strongest possible CIT participants.
