Qualia Coffee is a local company that has been roasting coffee in DC since 2009. Qualia is seeking employees with an interest in every aspect of the coffee business from sourcing the raw ingredients to making a great cup of coffee for a customer. As DC's only retail-only roasting label, we control every step of the process from bean to brew and are able to deliver the freshest coffee experience in the DMV directly to the home users.
We are seeking individuals who thrive in a customer service environment, enjoy taking a deep dive into a subject and, most of all, appreciate a really great cup of coffee. New hires will learn about where coffee comes from, what determines coffee flavors and how to brew coffee properly. Staff will have opportunities to participate in tastings, learn from growers and further their coffee education.
