Important Note: Registration Process *subject to modifications 
1. etiKID Academy LLC will invoice the school after the course has begun and the withdrawal period has ended
2. Neither the student nor the school will be charged for a course if the student withdraws during the period designated by ISBE 3. The withdrawal period will begin on the first day of the class and will end 14 calendar days later.
4. Google Classroom is the learning management system (LMS)
5. Instruction provided by ISBE certified instructors
6. Required computer operating systems: any web browser, PC: Windows 7 or newer with the latest updates installed, MAC: Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or newer with the latest updates installed
7. Required mobile devices: teachers, instructors, and students can use Google Classroom app on Android and iOS mobile devices
8. etiKID Academy LLC will comply with all Federal and Illinois data privacy provisions, including, but not limited to, the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Illinois Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA), and provisions added by Public Act 101-0516, including signing an ISBE compliant written data privacy agreement that will be uploaded to the Illinois Student Data Privacy Database
9. Upon review and acceptance of the intake form, schools/organizations will receive a statement of work (SOW) agreement, instructions for invoice payment, personalized Google Classroom login details, and course registration confirmation
10. Mandatory survey's to gather LEA (teacher/instructor), parent, and student feedback on each course that has student enrollment are due no later than 5-7 days upon completion of the course. The raw survey data will be made available upon request to ISBE.
