The SBD 1 Resident Council is a forum for military members and their families residing in SBD 1 Privatized Family Housing (PH) to discuss community-wide health and safety concerns, identify areas for improvement, present solutions for problems, and establish positive interaction between PH residents, garrison leadership, and installation housing authorities.
