Booth & Space Provisions
• Each space measures 10’ X 10’
o Spaces located in permanent buildings may be slightly different.
• Vendors are responsible for anything they may need for set-up (e.g. tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
• Vendor vehicles MUST be removed from the park within one hour of opening.
• Space preference will be given to 4-day vendors.

Hygiene Policy
During service hours, vendors are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting their allotted space. This may include cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces, such as service counters and seats.

Each Vendor is required to ensure that any trash they may generate, including paper, is put in the dumpster (NOT trash cans) each night. Cardboard and other boxes must be collapsed.

Vendor Policies
• All booths must be staffed until 10pm each night of the Spencer Picnic
• The Spencer Picnic Committee and/or the Spencer Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to have final approval or disapproval of the sale of any item.
• No vendor is guaranteed exclusivity on any item, food product, or service on display or for purchase at the Spencer Picnic.
• Vendors are responsible for the display of their sales tax certificate at all times. A copy of this certificate must also be provided to the Spencer Chamber of Commerce.

Food Policy
• No food, drink or candy may be sold without approval. You will be asked to remove unapproved items.
• Any booth or group selling food must have prior approval of what they would like to sell before August 1, 2023 from the Spencer Chamber Picnic Committee and that booth must be open for all of the stated operating business hours of Spencer Picnic.
• If approved to sell food, you are responsible for displaying all Health Department or other permits in that booth.

Hold Harmless
I hereby release the Spencer Chamber of Commerce, together with its board of directors and the Spencer Picnic Committee, and the Village of Spencer, together with its board of directors from any responsibility for loss due to bodily injury, Property damage, or theft while set up as a vendor at the Troy Fair. I further hold them harmless for any bodily injury or property damage done by me, my workers, or anyone related to my set up at the event. I understand that my property is placed on the Fairgrounds at my own or the owner’s risk.

Payment
Fees are payable by at the time of set up, or no later than Saturday, August 5, 2023.
