This group will be capped at 5 people initially, meant to be a tight-knit group of people who are working hard to get into tech and want some accountability. It's meant to be 70% strategy and 30% therapy. As part of this group, you will get the following:

1) Slack Channel to ask each other questions, exchange ideas, and hang out
2) Weekly 1:1 30 minute zoom call with me. Time for you to get any kind of help you need and check in
3) Weekly 1 hour group zoom call to hang out, ask questions, etc
4) Bi-weekly/monthly talks with people (recruiters, engineers, etc) working in the tech industry
5) Job search help (resume and LinkedIn audit)
6) Job offer negotiation assistance
7) Access to exclusive job opportunities, referrals, and resources to help you get into tech
8) Receive the newsletter one day before everyone else

Requirements:
- You must be serious about finding a role in the tech industry
- It costs $150 a month to be a member
