Residents of the Massapequa School District whose children will be attending a private/parochial school in the 2020-2021 school year may submit an application for transportation.  Please note the important information below.
Eligibility Guidelines
*Kindergarten:  Child must be 5 years old as of 12/1/2020; Must live more than .5 (1/2) mile away from private school
**Grades 1 through 9:  Must live more than 1 mile from private school
***Grades 10 through 12:  Must live more than 1.5 miles from private school
TRANSPORTATION IS NOT PROVIDED FOR A SCHOOL OVER 15 MILES FROM THE RESIDENCE

A separate application must be filled out for each child within a household and must be submitted every year,  even if the child is newly enrolled or currently enrolled in a private/parochial school and receiving transportation.
ALL MASSAPEQUA RESIDENTS ATTENDING PRIVATE / PAROCHIAL SCHOOL MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE MASSAPEQUA SCHOOL DISTRICT IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION AND RECEIVE TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER SERVICES
