Howdy! This is the application for the Halloween Buzz Market Saturday October 26th Market, both at ONCE Ballroom in Somerville. This market will be on a single floor, the lower level ballroom. You are welcome to share this application with awesome people!

The market will run from 10am until 4pm. Accepted vendors will receive a confirmation email and an invoice by Sept 20th. Setup instructions with load in times, parking, etc. will be sent out the week of the event.
