Please complete the form as we prepare for the 2021 Graduation Ceremony. All HSoC students are receiving this form, although all students have not yet made the criteria to graduate. Therefore, those students that have met all requirements, state, and local requirements to participate in a graduation ceremony, Your Input is vitally important.  If you fall into that category you have earned the walk to graduate with your peers. However, in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, some may have made the decision to forgo a formal ceremony.  If Parents are filling out this Questionaire Please ensure your graduating Senior intends to participate.
