Please complete the form as we prepare for the 2025 Graduation Ceremony Survey. Responses are needed to determine the amount of tickets each student will receive for guest.
As you may know, SAGU (now
Nelson University) has implemented strict requirements, and we must adhere
to their policies. Below is the information that will be communicated to
students and parents regarding tickets. However, an essential aspect of our
preparation is securing three (3) security officers for the ceremony to
ensure a safe and seamless event for our graduates and their families.
Graduation Details
- Date: May 21st
- Time: 6:30 PM (Security personnel must be on-site no later
than 5:30 PM)
- Venue: Nelson University
- Seating
Capacity (excluding students, staff, and Board members): 1,800
- Elevator
Capacity: Maximum of 3 people at a time
Graduation Ticket Policy
- Graduation
practice is mandatory for participation in the formal
ceremony.
- Students
will receive their guest tickets only after completing graduation
practice.
- Guests
must present a ticket at the door for entry. No
ticket, no entry.
- Graduates
do not need a ticket.
- All
guests, regardless of age, require a ticket for entry.
- Each ticket
is valid for one person only and cannot be replaced if lost.
- Tickets are free
of charge and may be gifted to other graduates if unused. However, selling
tickets is strictly prohibited.
- A
ticket is required to enter the elevators for balcony seating.
