Disability First Hub Questionnaire

Disability First CIO is carrying out research to identify how we can develop a building/space to support the needs of people in Lancashire, our “hub”.  

We aim to bring together different activities for the local community into a modernised building, where people with health conditions or disabilities can meet and access a range of services; a space for social interaction; accommodation for enterprise and training and support agencies.

We wish to create a ‘One stop shop’ for a wide range of disability focused services and activities in a welcoming and non-stigmatised environment.

We want to find out ideas from the local community for the Hub, and would be grateful if you could complete our short survey.

No personal information is requested and none of the information provided will be kept or used for any other purpose other than supporting Disability First CIO to help create the hub.
