Course Content Delivery:

2 hour self-guided pre-work (must be completed by Thursday, February 9th)

Includes: Official certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in Adult Mental Health First Aid USA, eight hours of course content that is entirely evidence and research based, access to the online system, a PDF of the Adult Mental Health First Aid USA Manual and a PDF of the Participant Processing Guide (PPG), access to the virtual teaching environment on Zoom, and the instructor led sessions that are heavy on discussion and activities, in addition to administrative support from your instructor.
