COVID Testing Survey
MyOnSite, our COVID testing provider, is scheduled to come on Thursday morning December 10 at 8:30am, to perform our mandated testing.

The testing requirements have recently changed to include results from the past two weeks.  There have been several students tested for various reasons in that time period.  If enough additional parents are willing to have their student tested and have their results before December 10, there is a possibility we won’t need MyOnSite to come.  If you would strongly consider this possibility, the academy would greatly appreciate it.   You do NOT have to complete the survey if you do not consent to have your student tested.
