Thank you for your interest in the Robotics programs at Cupertino High School. We offer three programs, based on the age of the student:

    - FIRST Lego League (FLL) for middle school students  
    - FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) for freshman and sophomores (9th and 10th grades)
    - FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) for juniors and seniors (11th and 12 grades)

This is a common application for all three programs. The application is divided into four sections; It should take 10 to 20 minutes to complete.

      Section 2: Parent/Guardian information: name, email, phone, and address.
                        A second Parent/Guardian can be optionally  included
      Section 3: Student information: name, grade, school and optionally
                        email and cell phone
      Section 4: Waivers, Consents, and Authorizations -- the legal stuff. Caution here
                        because the middle school and high school students use a different
                        waiver/consent/release.
     Section 5: An opportunity for you to ask questions or offer comments
