Thank you for your interest in becoming Miss Poulsbo, Miss Kitsap, or Miss Silverdale 2023!
In applying for the Miss Poulsbo Miss Kitsap Miss Silverdale Scholarship Organizations, you accept with the following terms and conditions: - I am between the age of 16 to 22 and at least a junior in high school; must be in the process of getting my driver’s license; never married nor have children; never convicted of any crime, and am of good moral character.
- I have lived (or) worked in Kitsap County three months prior to the pageant; (or) am a full-time student in a Kitsap County school.
- I accept the time method and manner of selection of the pageant.
- If accepted, I will enter into a Candidate Contract with the pageant and fulfill my duties as an entrant.
- If selected as Miss Poulsbo TM/Miss Kitsap TM/Miss Silverdale TM I will represent my community to the best of my abilities until I crown my successor.
The 2023 Competition scoring consists of:- Interview -- 40%
- Talent -- 20%
- Evening Wear -- 15%
- Personal Expression -- 10%
- On-Stage Question -- 10%
- Academic Review -- 5%.
