Please use this form to sign up your Teen for a 5 session Art Camp. Join us for one or all sessions.
They will be held at the Menominee County Library in Stephenson on Tuesdays at 1P.M.
You will be able to select the sessions you wish to participate in below.
Open to ages 12 through 18.
Please fill out one form per teen so we know who is coming to which session.

Session 5 Aug 3: Your Time to Shine - set up your art display

Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use the images and or video of my child for use in materials that include but not limited to printed materials such as newsletters or newspaper, videos, and digital images such as those on Facebook.
